Returns & Exchanges
At Bibiscrubs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may be able to assist with a return or exchange subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return if:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging are attached and intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Bibiscrubs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Worn or used apparel
- Washed garments
- Items with stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Customized or personalized products
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Different colors
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including store credit or a refund where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Our support team will provide instructions if the request is approved.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law or due to an error on our part, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Bibiscrubs may cover return shipping costs when:
- An incorrect item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is confirmed to be defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing after approval
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- Original shipping charges may not be refunded.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Most issues can be resolved more quickly through our customer support team.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be challenged using available order and delivery documentation.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
